    Here is a gray area: is it ok to use ketchup as an ingredient in HD sauce/chili?

    As long as it's a minor ingredient. You wouldn't want to taste the ketchup flavor.

    I didn't notice the unusual sound quality you mention on the first podcast, but this second edition does sound much, much better. And terrific content!
